- Client Portal Account Data: Authentication credentials, user profiles, ticket submissions, and uploaded configuration files managed within our secure client portal.
- Technical & Infrastructure Logs: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and operating system data collected automatically during site visits and portal access for diagnostic and security audits.
2. How We Use Your Information
We utilize the collected information strictly for operational and service delivery purposes:
- To schedule IT consultation calls and respond to helpdesk inquiries.

- To deliver proactive system monitoring, security threat prevention, and software updates.
- To process authenticated client file uploads directly via secure, encrypted storage streaming.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or ministry data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary for operation under strict confidentiality standards:
- Cloud Infrastructure & Storage: Supabase managed databases and S3-compatible cloud storage for secure data management with Row Level Security (RLS) enforcement.
- Spam Protection: Google reCAPTCHA v3 used strictly to verify form submission legitimacy and block automated spam bots.
- PSA & Helpdesk Integration: Operational backend integrations (ITFlow) accessed exclusively via secure serverless Edge Functions.
4. Security & Data Protection Governance
Because Cross Tie Solutions manages sensitive client operational data, we enforce a strict Security-by-Default architecture:
- All network communication is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
- Database records are protected by Postgres Row Level Security (RLS) policies tied to authenticated JWT tokens.
- API credentials and integration keys live in cloud vaults and are never exposed to public client bundles.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal, essential storage cookies and local storage tokens strictly required for website theme preferences (light/dark mode) and client portal authentication sessions. We do not run third-party advertising tracking scripts.
6. Your Rights & Data Retention
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal contact details at any time. Operational tickets and backup data are retained in accordance with our church service contracts and regulatory requirements. To exercise your privacy rights, contact us at [email protected].
